- Let me just tell you that hardly anything from the United States ever gets recycled. Most of the things we put in our recycle bins gets dumped in with all the other trash, and gets shipped to landfills in Africa, because we don't want it here. So if it takes more than just the smallest effort, don't worry about it. It probably wouldn't get recycled anyway, even if you did put it in the recycle bin.

But if that's how u want to describe it, then at 23:10 Americans complimenting each other could also b described as a social "game" "for show" that Americans play in which the compliments may b real or fake or even highly exaggerated
